What is the cost for a vendor table?
The price for the table is a flat $200. This will include your table, a basic linen, two chairs for you and your assistant. If you would like to do a demo (Hair, Makeup up, etc) please make sure to let us know so we know placement to allow you the space you need.

If you do NOT see your vendor category listed this means one of two things, either we already have our vendor or we are not looking for the category at this time. We hope to host these events yearly and/or quarterly and will switch it up every time so stay tuned!
What if i would like to sponsor instead?
We absolutely appreciate your support more than anything! We truly believe small businesses strive through partnerships and a strong village. Please e-mail us at info@craftylemonn.com showing your interest, name of business, how you would like to sponsor we will take it from there!
Can i sell or book clients during the event?
ABSOLUTELY! Vendors are encouraged to conduct sales, distribute brochures, or offer promotional material. However, please note that any financial transactions, including handling credit cards, should follow guidelines for payment processing that are secure for both parties. Each vendor is 100% responsible for their sales.
What time should i arrive?
Vendors should arrive at least 3 hours before the event starts to allow time for set-up. The event officially begins at 5:30pm, and registration/check-in opens at 9am. The Vendor Sign Up form will have some times to select from so we have an idea when to expect you. Latest arrival will be at 3pm.
If you are for any reason running late please let us know as soon as you can.
Where should i park?
The facility has a free parking lot you can park wherever you like. To unload if you’d like park in front please do so as quickly as you can. Upon arrival, please come in check with myself (Alina) or (Monica) to ensure we guide you to your table.
What is included with my table?
Each vendor table will include:
1 table (dimensions: [size])
2 chairs
Access to electrical outlets (if requested in advance)
Wi-Fi access
Do I need to bring my own display materials?
Yes, vendors are responsible for bringing their own display materials, promotional items, and any additional supplies for their booth. If you have specific setup needs (such as a larger display or additional furniture), please let us know in advance with dimensions.
How long can I stay at my section?
Vendors are expected to remain near their tables for the duration of the event, however we also want to allow you the chance to enjoy yourself. We are allowing you to bring a second person so you both can take turns if you would like. This ensures all attendees have the chance to visit your booth.
If you feel your table can speak for itself please ensure you have proper material at your sections. (All pricing and services, full contact information, information about your business, and any other items like QR codes or presentations are recommended.)
Will i be provided a list of attendees?
No, vendors will not be provided an attendee list. The location has room for up to 100 guests and to ensure privacy and security of attendees we will absolute not share those details. We will however share the final vendor and sponsors list so everyone knows who will be attending and can come meet you!
What happens if I need to cancel my participation?
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify the event organizers as soon as possible. A transfer will be available to a new vendor of your choosing.
1How can I contact the event organizers?
For any questions or concerns leading up to the event, please contact Alina from Crafty Lemon at info@craftylemonn.com. You will receive an e-mail a week to two weeks prior to the event to ensure you have all the details once again and can address any questions or concerns. You will also be provided phone numbers in case of issues.
On the day of the event, our on-site team will be available for immediate assistance.
